What is ONE or Oneness?  Who what and where am I?

There is place a non-place within you that is untouched by the experience of the world… it is timeless infinite and free… This is who what and where you really are. When you access this within you all is forgiven.. for nothing other than this ever was or could be. I am here, within you, to guide you back to this place inside yourself… it is not inside a body or in time.. Although you do not have to leave the body or time to remember…

When you allow me, within you, to guide you through love joy, you will feel calm peaceful neutral clear present and alive. Eventually you will be a relentless love which is your true state, source-oneness. Why am I hear? Who, what am I and how can I guide you? I am You, AWAKE, I am your right mind, your True Self spirit.. I am what you are waking up to realize you are. I am this non-place space prescne with in you and I am the voice that you have asked for to bring you home.

What is god? You are God… God is within you, within all… The source of life that all trully IS, beyond time-form-limitaion-illusion. God is the state of perfect unchanging oneness which is infinite love. We call this presence of awrness Source-Oneness… Love/God/Source-Oneness is the experience of eternal unchaniging timless all-knowing love presence creation… Your True Self… Your True State…. This  is Reality. ALL of these words are synonymous for the eternal State of Presnce who what and where you truelly really are in Reality and are waking up from The Dream of Illusion/seperation to realizing now. This experaince is always within you to realize here Now.

What is this world universe? It is a dream. You are dreaming it inside your mind… 

How do I have a better dream while I get comfortable with the idea of letting go into eternal bliss?

By becoming comfortable with having a peaceful joyful dream… allowing Love.

How do i keep myself from going astray from this knowledge, I find myself buying into fear-illusion and trying to make things happen from my head, from my fear, rather then being this knowing presence?

By meditating. Seeting up time, building it into your dayly weekly monthy yearly schedule for spending time going beynd time- doing nothing but being, enter the etternal. When you are lost you have this work, this wiritng to draw you back- to remind you of what is true alwasy eternally within you- here now.

 

The resources given her are to give you a structure and focus in your life. Always it is about listening inward and being self referantial as Love. Your Path is simple easy. Followe the truth you feel in your heart and understand what truth is to keep you clean and clear beyond illusion. As you learn to master this focus you will see the light of who what you always ever are and feel your eternal oneness with god. As you listen and choose to followe and Be Love, you will discover you own path, the path Of Love.

 

How is Source-Oneness different than Oneness or Universal Consiousnes?

Your answer requires the experaince of the eternal. Enter this and you will know the differance.

Source-Oneness is your oneness with timless formless source of life, where you are experaincing your eternal presence beyond limitation… Perfect Love… 

 

Oneness: This is a coultural term many new age circles refer to. This is the same as Universal COnsiousness the idea that The Dream (wordl-univers) is created by the source of life and all physical bodies are unived as one energy field. (unified feild) How is this idfferant than Source-Oneness? The differance is Source-Oneness does nto include the aspects of Illusion. It is absoult totall and compleat real Reality where all is trully one and always has been. The idea of oneness or universal consiousness is the confused spit minds idea of SOurce-Oneness while still trying to make meaning out of the dream to avoid uncosious guilt and shame for choosing sepration over Reality. There is nothing wrong with choosing seperation ove reality and or experaincing Universal COnsiousness. Howevr the experaince of UC includes pain suffering and the rationalizing of it. Do you really feel that Source Reality would or even could creat pain and suffering as a part of who what where you are? And if it could would or did why, when all that is is total and compleat perfect love? The cogantive mind, the confused spit mind tries to grasp this idea howver it also does not yet want to grasp this idea as it beleives that it will loose something out of its regaonition of the truth. The process f awakening is compelatly simple: Choose what you like and let the rest go.

In this work we use words that are all synomius: Source-Oneness, One, Love God Source, True Self, Self, Reality, Truth, Essence, ALL, Eternal Presence. 

 

Why do you use different names or words? To comunicat a state of being beyond words requires teaching the cognative mind. This part of the mind has projected its on meanings and experainces as a way to experaince its own reality… there for it is nesasary to use many words. The word God has disorionshon in the cognative mins meaning. Since our goal is to clear up distortions for resolution of pain breinging deep inner peace and empowerment it is in certain time snesasary to use other words to expand the meaing… and remind what is infinite and true within you. 

Source-Oneness, ONE is the source of Life. It is Reality. It is always within you. It is beyond pain and suffering… it is the eternal presence of unchanging love that You are and ALL life is. Honor this in your Self and you will see this eternal presence within ALL the sapposed “others”… And as you do you will release yourself from the pain of judgement and meaning making.

Just beyond the dream of separation dualism fear lack and death is your eternal state of Being infinite Love Presence. This is Reality. This Eternal Presence is a state of mind always within you undefined or bound by time body world universe, circumstance demnsions energies beleifef, systems intentions relationships, minds places selfs.

Source-Oneness, Being ONE, is the experience of perfect unchanging infinite love within and as the Source of Life as ONE eternal Presence. Within this state of awareness your Peace of mind is forever preserved whole and complete untouched by Illusion… When you enter and remeber yourself within this state of being, you realize all history of lack fear pain separation has never touched You, YOU the true You eternal. This at-one-ment is the correct definition of atonement, healing, it is creation… This is the Return… The Awareness of Being Awake-ONE… Healing is Health being alive healthy whole clear and complete as you truly ever are and could be… remember who what where you trully are eternal and all is in alignment inner peace neutrality inspiration and joy.

When you are Awake you fully remember who what and where you really eternally always are and ever could be. This is beyond limitations of self-definition in time-space-continuum-dream. This may sound lofty, new-age or religious, rest asured as you open your mind to allow your higher inteliegcne WITHIN YOU to guide you, which is Love, the revelatory experainces you have will atune you and you will understand-remember who what and where you really are, and where these words are coming form.

ONE is the state of awarness –LOVE- that is Reality.

ONE is Eternal Reality beyond the dream of separation and Fear.

ONE is what we are as true being in Reality; the True Self, beyond the idea of a false separate limited self…

The mind likes to confuse, con-volute, Oneness by including “pain and suffering” as part of it, wich is really only contributing to pain and suffering. When you drop into Source-Oneness you know pain and suffering come from the belief in separation from Source-Oneness… and that pain and suffering resolves in the state of mind, awareness, where we are all ONE. This is true for the Illusion of Death.

When you honor the Eternal Presence that is here now your awareness shifts neutralizing the ideas of death pain and suffering. Rather than add to pain and suffering instead offer solution -give love- (forgive) hold space for the pain and suffering while offering sharing, seeing and being infinite Love. Offer Eternal Oneness as the solution… See what is really there here now, the infinite spirit beyond the illusion of death-suffering.

By seeing being and allow Eternal Presence, the source of life, you honor it; wich is creation and changes healing to being healthy alive inspired one and free! ASK FOR THIS AND IT IS ALL YOURS… Always has been and always ever will be. Live love now and be free. Live Love Now and BE Free… LIVE LOVE NOW and BE FREE… And when that negating defensive thought system start ranting its usual chain, simply notice and Know all that comes from fear is Illusion, not to be taken literally. If you choose to believe in fear-guilt-shame it is your experience, and you projected world-life-identity will reflect this back to you. There is always a solution-and it is always Love. Love is your ability to create Life. Love. The only way to know this is to allow it to be here now and see what miracles transpire. The longer and longer you sustain this allowing of Being Love the more your dream will transform to being a living miracle. Making You, in spirit realized… awake-one.

To say that Source-Oneness includes time and form is only possible if Love is present. Where love is, dualism separation and fear are not. Where love is Source, Eternal presence IS. This is always within you. Trust it and it will no-longer be a stupid concept that you are trying for.

Source-Oneness is not fully experienced on The Dream level of time-body-form and does not include suffering or pain because Oneness is inside Love. Oneness does not include suffering because when love is there there is no pain, suffering nor sadness nor death. There is no separation, there is only One. Quantum Physics has proven this. This is the state of awareness, the Eternal Presence within You always here now, experienced through by your choice.

 

 

 

Love is the principle of being One, ALL that is. One is love. Love is One. There are so many distortions about what God Love Power Life Creation the Self is- this writing helps to clarify this so you can be in your heart and advance through all your fears concepts and ideas and move on to being where you really already always are: One Eternal Presence –love- here Now.

What is it we are working with?

Learning holding and sustaining Love. There is one goal and only one goal within this work and that is to remember, to be in your unconditional love for and with yourself as the eternal presence, the source of life that is always within. Enter The Eternal and you will know.

How do I enter the eternal? By listnening noticing calling forward this presence, in the space, within you hear… listen for and feel, allow, love. non-doing… simply being.. no chasing… allow what is, the eternal presence here now.

 

Some call Oneness the state of being in god?

This is not a relaigios body of work it is a personal awakening process that everyone eventually enters when done dreaming of limitation and separation. The eternal presence, the source of life, is not religious and is non-denominational and beyond concepts, it is within us all beyond the dream of fear. If the word god works for you, better than ONE or Oneness or Source, Love, than so be it.

Use whatver words work for you since they are just symbols. Tranlat what is being said here for your own benafit rather than an excuse to stay in shame.  We are speaking of and within the eternal presence beyond words within you.

There are so many distortion around the word god what is One or Oneness in realtionship to god?

Love… Love is the principle that is what all life can understand as real, something greater than themselves and their fear yet clearly within them, and not defined by the world, this is the Source of life, ALL, You, God. When you listen – and feel love – as a presence, as the eternal presence that is you, that is infinite full total whole and complete, you come to know something, someone inside yourself that is beyond all reason to believe anything other than love to be real.. All true teachers of spirit, on any level or realm, are leading you back to this knowing. If you are in pain simply be wiling to ecknowledge your Oneness with the source of life, the eternal presence, god, love ALL here now within you. If you cannot do this and need help, go inward and ask love to guide you help you. See the awake-process as well.

 

You have the choice right now to share love, to see yourself and “others” for what they are, for what they really are as love, and be Free, this is living as Love through being Love.

Always be clear it is always love you are learning and love you are offering and sharing and remembering and this and nothing that does not include love is real-When you KNOW this, no one, no other false characters can take you away from what you really always are. Love, the source of life, ONE, is here and is who you really are. Come to know and recognize yourself as love, the eternal presence always here -ALL- Love. This love is all you come to know. If you choose right now you can experainc ethis unchanging eternal state now… No suggestion projection perceptions can be distorted as reality when you are in love as love being love, in your heart, at the center of your being here now. Be clear and let it come through no matter what you are doing, simply love.

There is only ONE state of awarness, one principle that will ever open the doorway to your understanding, to being what you really eternally always are and that is Love. The Principle of Love

When you are clear you are Love, you are being. The intelligence that is love, always clear always direct in its delivery and intent, is simple clean and sweet. The Presence, the eternal presence that we are, that is love, is always here and never could not be here within you.

When things begin to feel lacking tight restrictive insincere- when the feeling of love diminishes, return to being in the question, the listening, invite the feeling the knowing of the eternal here now. You don’t have to worry, if there is a structure that is needed the intelligence of the presence of love will create it. The presence, understanding the “presence of love” means love eternal life within you here now- the presence the eternal all knowing allowing presence within you now is always here. It is only your mind that blocks it through identification with Illusion.

6) How you learn and share the gift of life through your gifts and know your role and function in the equation through inspiration. 

7) Repairing and clearing up all of the misunderstandings around you and god. Knowing the Source of life, within you, is not judging you or condemning you in anyway. You have done nothing wrong in Reality- this world is just a dream and your actions and projections are not being judged by anyone or anything but you… so let yourself off the hook, be who you truly are… live from your heart… be one with Source… feel the peace of this eternal presence here now.

 

What you are:

You are the source of life eternal whole and compleat you creat through your being, love one whole and free. When you beleive in seperation fear lack and shame you are dreaming and not in Reality where you are forever one whole free and complete.

You are the source of creation. All is within you. You have whater you choose. For this you have all things and nothing requires any effort on your behaf. Simply understand that what is given is always there. It will show up as you choose by your witness of it. This means choosing your thoughts by choosing your True Self idenity in eternal reality of One. If you go into seperation you will choose to have an experaince where you no longer have control of your thoughts and actions. If you choose to have and listen to the thoughts of seperation you open your mind to confusion denial and regret- wich is confusion of what who and where you really are and leads to looping in more of the same confusion until the belief in death overwhelms you and you are faced with the same choice as when you started. Either way you look at it you are being faced with the choice of life or death. Love or Fear. Choose to see it this clear and you are free of it forever. By choosing to see where you are in this process and learning how to remember who what and where you truly are you can follow the voice within you that leads you back to being in the eternal presence whole and compleat where you are and have always been all along… and ever will be. You have within you the resouce, the source of life, an intelligence far beyond any illusion lack or limitations that can and will guide you. You will recognize this voice as your own when you awaken to the fact that You are ONE. Be in peace know it listen and be free.

The process at hand is learning how to Listening to the right voice, knowing what voice is yours and what voice is coming from a confused fragmented part of the mind that believes seperation fear and death are a part of reality.. Understanding what is Real and serves Your awakening and what is Illusion and enable further slumber are the first steps. It is important to rember that every step is for your awakening, leadning you back to the deep inner knowing and experaince of being ONE Eternal Presence, wich you already are, unchanging constant Love always here now.

One: One is this body of work. It is the name for the process of awakening. Awakening is remembering you are ONE with the Source of life eternally, realizing the divine is within you, and choosing the divine Self or True Self over the False Self the limited fear based identity. It is when you are in your true state of being, where you know the source of life is within you eternally, that You are eternal, you are ONE. When you are resting in this ever present grace knowing that the source of life that created you is within you and your are within it you are ONE. When you know through your experience of it, that Reality is perfect infinite unchanging constant Love and is ALL, you are ONE. When fear and lack and all dreams of a world based in separateness are understood as Illusion and you are in complete peace you are ONE. In truth you are ONE and always have been and always will be-

The word Atonement breaks down to be At-One-Meant. You are meaning to be One, for you truly already ARE. For this you are asking to remember what IS beyond all Illusion where I AM ONE and FREE.

Studying the principles of One and the Aspects Off Illusion can help you to clear your mind of confusion and correct the misperception of Illusion for Reality. Which is the belief that fear survival and lack are of Reality, which is Illusion.

The basic aspects of illusion are: Fear, “Two” Duality, Perception, Projection, Value, Death, Control. These have very specific meaning that are different than the common definitions we usually use. All of which is defined here in this work. All aspect of Illusion organize around guilt-shame which come from the misperception that you have separated from the source of life and is what creates the experience of lack and feeling less than, paranoid and so on while condemning yourself for –fill in the blank-.

What do you mean it all stems from guilt shame?

The guilt-shame is from exploring an idea of separation from the source of life, projecting the source of life outside of you then perceiving it as reality, then in this confusion feeling guilt-shame for exploring the idea of separation as though you have disrespected the source of life and or have done something wrong. Within this you have gone into shame-guilt then fear confusion and so on.

This is resolved by realize you could never offend the source of life because for one it is inside of you and no matter what you do you cannot separate from what you are and two the source of life, your True Self intelligence, is perfect unchanging eternal infinite love and knows that whatever ideas are played with that are impossible, such as separating form yourself, is just a dream inside the mind… and does not affect reality where you are in perfect unchanging love. As you turn inward and allow the part of your self that knows this, to guide the part of your mind that is confused out of the misbeleif in separation you will resolve this. As you do turn inward and trust the eternal presence within you you open your mind to the experience of revelations of being ONE eternal unchanging presence LOVE. It is out of your revelations that you become clear of what is real and what is Illusion and release the False Self and identification with the dream.

ONE is the awareness where minds are joined because the experience of being eternal presence unifies all split confused parts of your mind that think and project from separation. This is done through the experience of LOVE. ONE or ALL is a presence of awareness where separateness never exists. Your True eternal Self knows this and has never been affected by the dream of the body-separate-limited-self identity you believe you are having and is guiding you back to being eternal ONE.

If you experience any aspect of Illusion you are falsely think that you are separate from the source of life. This means your mind is split. The At-one-meant process or the “Atonement” is where you realize you are in a split and begin to trust your higher intelligence to correct this illusion rejoining all of your minds awareness back to ONE coherent source within you. Awakening is what happens when you open your mind to the place where you have already moved through this dream of separation and allow the Light of your Intelligence to lead the way. To the degree that you choose this True Self- Presence over your False Self absence is to the degree that the light of your intelligence will clear up all confusion within you. As this happens you feel a deeper and deeper sense of your eternal presence and the Principles Of ONE come forward as your way of effortlessly being. There is no degree of difficulty in this process, it is only your own choice to see the Illusion for that it is and stop defining your self-worth through the world of limitation, which we call The Dream. You can go to “Terms and Definitions” to get immediate definition of the terms we use, and we will draw them all out within the chapters as well.

In the state of ONE You understand there is a life beyond survival and fear and that Love is the principle for true creation to happen. Here in the dream you are learning until you remember that you already KNOW you are the source of life, you are ONE. In truth we all are. Imagine living in a world where all minds are joined through one eternal love presence within. Imagine we all hold and are the source of creation and create through love. It is already true… We simply choose.

Life can be beyond hope… and forgiveness can be beyond condemning and then releasing.. it can be fearless understanding that what has appeared to happen in the dream world where the idea of death appears to rule, never was or will be.

ONE is the intention of life here to reorganize to the Truth, the True Self of Love within. When all else fails and love seams so far away in you moments of confusion, and you cant remember what truth and power is- You call on “ONE”, you call on the Light and You remember that ONE is not where fantasies of illusions of limitations based in fear of death shame and lack attempt to merge with Reality-

This illusory world of pain and lack you do not share as ONE. You cannot make a dream and Reality merge because then Reality would no longer be Real and insanity would then be possible. You are preserved in perfect wholeness outside of this dream of fear and that is Reality. When you call on ONE or ALL or LOVE and any of the other Principles of Reality you refocus you mind and remember.

The State of Being One is where you rember that there is a state of being beyond all ideas if separation story fear and pain, that exists that is Reality, this here now and always within you. You can remember “One” when you are lost because your mind understands it. One does not ever equal anything else. There is only ONE- and all objects of separation- all forms that you see or even think that you are or define you, are illusions.

ONE is the state of awareness that you know the source of life, god is within you and you trust it and call on it and let it guide you through being in perfect love. When you are in ONE completely it is because you have listened to the source of life, the light of intelligence within you long enough (here in the dream of time) and have benefited from it so much that you rest in peace and love and illusion of separation guilt fear is seen clearly and released. Two is the illusion to overcome. For this you have Light to guide you back to Oneness. When you focus one the source of light in the center of all that you see you recognize something alive vital radiant and free beyond all limitations of form.

The end of Time is the end of the dream of separation. You may feel that this is a harsh response to the resolution of illness, but in truth it is complete liberation. Time ends once illusion is dispelled and the Self is no longer defining Self through the images and experiences of time. Life does not change- It is a constant state of love. Peace and joy are the characteristics of love, which is when you are in the state of being in and as LOVE: One.

Lifting the Veils of the Illusion: At first its cultural then family and world universe dimensions psychic light then you.

You are eternal and nothing of limitation can define you or eve has you. There is nothing in this world that you can think of or do that will ever change what you eternally are, and the source of life within you will always feel the same eternal love for and with you through you.

I would say that the most important thing to learn is the clarifications in the fact that peace and forgiveness have very different meanings here in this work than they do in the regular world’s vocabulary. Peace refers to an awake state where you know you are one with the source of creation, you KNOW because you are sharing this perfect love… and you understand everything is going to be all right. Forgiveness is where you see beyond the illusion and see the eternal presence –Love- and engage with it by being in it, as it and sharing it, it being LOVE. This work is designed to help you choose your True Self over your False Self to open you up to having this experience…

The Principles/Characteristics of ONE, your True Self are: Love Truth Power Peace ALL NOW Light

The Principle of One are from Reality and the Aspect of Illusion are just that Illusion based in The Dream world inside the perceiving projecting fear based mind, therefore the Principle and the Illusion are not opposite of each other. They are not each a side of the same coin because Reality is Reality and Illusion is illusion. They do not mix and they are not polarities because Reality is absolute, and illusion has no affect on it, and this knowing is what preserves it as Reality and therefore is why insanity resolves within the awakening process. This is why a spiritual awaking is called an awakening, because what is eternal you is already inherent, and you have fallen asleep –forgotten- this Fact of what you and Reality are.

In ONE, in Reality there is no opposite, nothing to compare anything too. Reality is the constant state of infinite eternal perfect love, there is no time no form no positioning. The idea of opposites and comparisons are part of The Dream of Separation. Since this is what you know as your experience by living in a dualistic world, comparison is used as a way for you to learn the difference of Reality and Illusion and progression in remembering your True Self. This happens through choosing Your True Self in Spirit over False Self, which gradually increases you experiencing of the qualities and principles of ONE as your inherent way of being.

What is Reality?

Reality is a constant eternal state of unchanging Love, there are no walls no fears no boundaries and no limits. It is in Reality that you understand you are whole and complete, that you always have been and always will be. Reality is beyond the dream of limitation and the time-space continuum and is where you really are in spirit… but you do not remember this fully because you have gotten wrapped up in the illusion, the dream of being separate and limited and forgotten who and what you are. You run around trying to reach all you goals in your supposed so-called-life thinking you are a body-character in a story you call earth. The sooner you acknowledge this and stop trying to justify and make meaning out of The Dream the more quickly you can return to your True State of eternal love. This work aims to correct this and bring you back to your whole complete fee Eternal Self: One.

Illusion: is ruled by unconscious guilt-shame based in the confused misbelief in separation form the Source of life within. Illusion is the idea of being separate from Source-Oneness, Love.

The mind attempts to create a creation myth, a story of “physical creation” as a way to keep aspects of Illusion and try to include them in Reality. This is imposable. The False Self, the confused aspect of the mind believing in separation from Source-Creation, tries to do this because it believes Illusion is greater than Reality and does not want to loose what little it allows itself to have… Only when the deeper experience of your eternal Oneness happens do you release the desire to choose limitation over Infinite Creation.

Reality and Illusion are not interchangeable and are not two side of the same coin. By becoming aware of what is Illusion and what is Reality you have a clear starting point to focus your mind more affectively. Doing so will open you to the deeper experience and remembering, awaking, to your true eternal state of being ONE infinite and free.

This is why a spiritual wakening is called an awakening, because what is eternal you is already inherent, and you have fallen asleep –forgotten- this Fact of what you and Reality are.

What is ONE?

This body of work in its application leads you back to knowing you are whole eternal and complete. You are ONE.

Who you are is eternal. You may not remember this but it is Truth. This work is guided, it is a way for you to study who your are and leave behind all the false Self illusions that you have bought into. This work teaches you how to go inward and listen to your inner knowing, your inner voice of intelligence that knows ALL, has the overview beyond time and speaks guides and teaches through the experience of love.

To KNOW the Self is to be free. You are free when you remember the Source of Life is within you. When you think the Source of Life is without you you enter the world of dreams illusions limitations lack guilt insecurities fears and illness… this is your choice based on how deeply you go inward and discover your own eternal source of life, where all is ONE. You already have this knowing firmly establish, since it is Reality, only you have forgotten… this work is here to help you remember. It comes from you to you as ONE.

As you learn to see beyond the illusions of limitation and refocus on Reality, the eternal love, ONE, you trust the inner voice that leads though love, you begin to experience the source of life directly within you. You realize the Light of this Intelligence has an overview far beyond your limited False Self perceptions… this One who has the overview is what we call The light of Your Intelligence, your Essence or your True Self. The state of awareness you remember within this is eternal and is the presence undefined or limited to time-space or form. This is where your peace of mind lives.

One is your unchanging complete state of being Whole, it is truth beyond Illusion. Illusion is all that comes and goes, the dream of time-form and limitation. This work offers a remembering of what your True Identity is. You are ONE whole and complete free and eternal, always have been always will be in perfect unchanging love in Source Presence: ONE.

This may seam lofty ungrounded and impossible… yet if you choose to remember your true Self beyond all this pain shame and suffering you will see we are speaking literally.

Who What and where you are:

Your True Self in Reality is Eternal ONE, is who you really are. Where you are is eternal ONE within the source of life. This experiential knowing is available to you right now by placing your awareness here in the presence of the eternal now. The source of life Is within you as eternal life and nothing can change this regardless of what you think or do. This you can be grateful for because it means you are always eternal love and nothing you dream of, say or do will ever change what and where you literally eternally always ever are. Every religion and spiritual theology has its own word for this… It is Reality… and this world of form and limitation is The Dream. This book guides you to a deeper internal listening and understanding, by teaching you how to turn inward, listen to be with the Eternal presence within and throughout all life, as your True Self. As you choose your Eternal True Self over Illusion (false self, dream world fear) and you have learned to decide from the source of love, all decisions become easy and true, there is no effort and you are guided through your inner peace and ease.

Only your own belief in confusion will create resistance. For this you have the True Self within to ask for help, and this Self knows exactly what is needed and will tell you and literally do from within you, from the source of life within you. If you are tired of the struggle and trying to figure out “how to live life” from your brain, consider opening your mind to the source of life inside of you and allow it to guide you through the dream from your Gifts. The result will be your own realization and remembering you are ONE whole and complete. We lay this out in the chapter “Your Gifts” and “The Gift Of Life”.

One is the state of mind that your true Self lives from. When you come from your True Self you are being ONE with the Source of life living in and as Love not separate from the source of life

One is what you are. Beyond all your falsely projected ideas of yourself based in limitation, beyond the body the world the universe You are Eternal One

There is a state of being beyond all separation story fear and pain that exists that is Reality, ONE. One does not ever equal anything else. There is only One- and all objects of separation- all forms that you see or even thing that you think you are or are defining you, are illusions. Two is the illusion to see through, by being in eternal presence, love, ONE. For this there is the pure Light to guide you back to your true state of awareness, One. When you focus on the source of light in the center of all that you see you recognize something alive vital radiant and free.

One is a state of awareness where you are whole and the source of life is within you. This is who you really are.
